Q:My X1 RF keybaord doesn't work well with my smart tv or PC,the yellow light flashing quickly?

A:My friend, according to your description, yellow light flashing means it loses connection with USB dongle.

You just repair it to fix this.

Steps as bellow:

Step1: Keep your PC on, and be sure the keyboard is full of power.:)

Step2:Press the “F1” of Rii keyboard without releasing.

Step3:Power on the keyboard and release the "F1" immediately.

Now the yellow light should flash very quick. If it doesn’t , pls repeat step2 & step3 .

Step4:Plug the USB receiver on the USB port of your PC.

Now the yellow should flash slowly and regularly.

Wait a moment. The keyboard will repair automatically.

When the yellow light stop flashing, it means repair successfully.

Then you could try if it works well.

　

Q: Why the key of Rii mini k01x1 and Rii mini i8 repeat, when press once,typing many letters, 

  like press”a” , output ’aaaaaa’?

A: This situation sometimes happens when the 2.4G RF keyboard is used on smart TV.Using the keyboard on 

smart TV, and plugging the USB dongle directly in the USB port behind the TV, this could lead to the the signal 

of the keyboard and dongle be interfered by the TV.You could connect the USB dongle and the TV with an 

extension cord to solve this problem.
